Rental Requirements

Income

Tenants are required to earn at least 3x the monthly rent. Combinations of income by potential occupants to meet this requirement is allowed.

Pet Restrictions

We charge a $200 non-refundable fee per approved animal. An additional monthly $25 fee per approved animal is also added to the monthly rent. There is no fee for approved service animals. All service animals and household pets must be approved by our third party screening service here: McD Properties Pet Screening. We are limited as to the breeds and size of animals allowed by our insurance provider. A maximum of 3 animals is allowed.

Credit

A minimum credit of 640 per person responsible for paying the rent.

Utilities

All utilities and lawn maitenance are the responsibility of the tenant. A typical monthly utilities bill in one of our units is around $0.10-0.13 per sq ft, with reasonable usage.

Section 8

We do not accept Section 8 at this time.

Background Check

We conduct background checks to look at criminal history and any eviction proceedings. We do not allow tenants with any evictions on record.
